Tom has been providing facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for over 20 years to both private and public sector organizations in Canada and around the world. Tom’s highest priority is long-term, sustainable client impact. It takes time, energy and commitment to transform an organisation and he strongly believes that work begins with the Leadership Team. Tom's main focus is helping organizations to create a high-performance culture.

Experience

Tom's background in business helps him to understand and relate to the commercial needs of each client. He uses his transformational training to help individuals and organisations make meaningful change. Tom has worked in the Telecommunications, Computer, and Internetworking Industries in the areas of Sales and Marketing. Some of the companies Tom has worked for include: Bay Networks, Everex Canada, Bell Canada and BC TEL. Tom relies on his business experience when facilitating groups and is very comfortable working in any industry.

He is affiliated with a Netherlands based consulting firm that does cultural transformation programs worldwide.  Tom is also faculty for a large Management Consulting firm where he provides leadership training and coaching for their consultants around the globe
