About

Sean's interest in psychology and human performance began early in life. His Mother was a psychologist, and in his teens he developed a lifelong interest in martial arts and sports alongside an interest in what helps people thrive and be at their best.

An outcomes-focused coach and facilitator combining empathy and support with challenges, Sean focuses on helping leaders and teams with strategic planning, innovative thinking and all aspects of high performance including stakeholder management, communication, multicultural and cross-divisional collaboration, and team development. A trusted partner in solving complex and business-critical issues, with expertise in cross-regional leadership and operating across Asia.

Experience

Early in his corporate career, Sean led large teams in both small to medium enterprises and multi-national corporations (MNC’s). His consulting has largely been with MNC’s and ASX100 companies though he has also worked with technology start-up and scale-up businesses. Sean has delivered group programs and coaching across the globe with his most extensive experience being in Australia and Asia, including 6 years based in Singapore and Bangkok with a focus on delivering across the region.

Sean brings a broad knowledge of different development frameworks, methodologies and assessment tools to his facilitation engagements, developed in more than 20 years in the field.
