About

Sacha is an experienced executive with over twenty years of commercial experience. He’s worked in management consulting and corporate roles and became an accidental entrepreneur founding and scaling two ventures in education and construction tech (VC- backed). He has a broad commercial toolkit which includes Talent Acquisition Strategy & Development, L&D, Coaching, Sales Training, Change, Account Management, Team Leadership, Marketing, Growth, Strategy, Innovation and Operations.

As a natural collaborator, people person and strong team leader he thrives most in solving client problems with an emphasis on people strategy and capability. He is an accredited leadership coach and highly experienced facilitator including across C-suite. Sacha is excited to help organisations navigate the ‘future of work’. As a two-time CEO Sacha brings real-time experience and understanding to assist other leaders to solve complex problems, especially around capability and strategy.

Experience

Sacha began his career in 1998 in management consulting focusing on people strategy and change. He worked at several leading global firms including Arthur Andersen, A.T. Kearney and PwC. His early career was disrupted with some personal challenges around the health demise of his mother. Sacha experienced personal loss at a young age which ultimately helped him build empathy and a natural desire to coach people through personal challenges, tied to their work.

Sacha moved into recruitment and career management before taking a Head of Talent role with ANZ Bank. Through sheer opportunity, he took an entrepreneurial pathway founding his first business across adult education. He is now CEO and Co-Founder of his second VC-backed venture in Construction Technology helping to match blue-collar workers with better work options. Sacha remains an active leadership and business coach and spends most of his time consulting in this space

The mechanistic, industrial paradigm has been in existence since the latter part of the 18th century and continues to shape society and modern organisations. It is a long, slow journey, yet incredibly worthwhile.
