I've always been fascinated by 'what makes us tick' and how we can be the best we can be. The 'me that I know when I'm at my best' is an experience we've all had. My work assists individuals and organisations gain more access to that state in which they perform at their best, feel engaged, energised and alive, and feel that their lives both in and out of the workplace are rich and meaningful.

Experience

For 8 years I worked with Carolyn Taylor, (Walking the Talk), at Corporate Vision, one of the first companies in Australia to put a focus on the importance of organisational cultures and the 'how to' of Culture Change.

Later, I was invited by McKinsey to be a founder member of their Performance Leadership Institute and worked both in-house and with McKinsey clients for 10 years here in Australia and NZ, the UK, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, S. Africa and North and South America helping them align their cultures with their vision and goals. To that end I have facilitated large numbers of workshops at levels from C Suite teams down and coached Senior and C Suite executives across a wide range of industries including mining, legal, finance, insurance, IT, engineering, construction, telecommunications, retail and energy.

Of late I have continued to develop my work in this field both as a sole trader and in association with The Leadership Sphere.
