Richard has worked in leadership and management positions for almost 20 years. This has brought him a deep understanding of contemporary leadership needs. Richard's passion and capability are on building individual and team capability, to ensure that each contact you or your leaders have, leaves a positive and lasting trace on others.

Through coaching techniques and the development of leadership skills and thinking, he will push you to think deeper about how you can have an impact. He uses his skills and knowledge to provide leaders with the space and time to shift their mindsets, build on capability and create cohesive and high-performing teams as well as build performance and achieve better outcomes individually and collectively.
