Richard takes a results-focused and evidence-based approach to training, facilitation and coaching.  His experience includes the design, development and delivery of specific business interventions to foster and develop team effectiveness performance.

He is an all-rounder and as such is competent at delivering and explaining information (training), helping participants to understand, interpret and apply information to their own circumstances (facilitator), and breaking cycles and creating positive change (coaching).

He has a reputation for ‘not letting anyone off the hook’.  He maintains a ‘no-nonsense’ approach, whilst maintaining a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for participants.

Experience

Richard has been an executive coach and facilitator for 20 years. He honed his skills initially as part of an innovative and breakout cultural transformation program at ANZ Bank. In 2008 he set up his own business, and has worked across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region. His clients have included the corporate sector, education, health and not-for profit.
