Richard takes a results-focused and evidence-based approach to training, facilitation and coaching. His experience includes the design, development and delivery of specific business interventions to foster and develop team effectiveness performance.
He is an all-rounder and as such is competent at delivering and explaining information (training), helping participants to understand, interpret and apply information to their own circumstances (facilitator), and breaking cycles and creating positive change (coaching).
He has a reputation for ‘not letting anyone off the hook’. He maintains a ‘no-nonsense’ approach, whilst maintaining a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for participants.

The mechanistic, industrial paradigm has been in existence since the latter part of the 18th century and continues to shape society and modern organisations. It is a long, slow journey, yet incredibly worthwhile.
