Rhiana has spent the last 20 years sharpening her axe as a learning professional. Her passion and expertise lie in developing leaders at all levels to lead with their strengths, build self-awareness, and recognise the impact of effective leadership on culture and employee wellbeing.

Rhiana enjoys designing and facilitating leadership development interventions that allow for deep reflection and light bulb moments! She uses storytelling to bring relevance and context to her learning design and delivery.

Being from a culturally diverse background, Rhiana also spends time coaching other individuals from ethnic/culturally diverse backgrounds to celebrate their identity, take pride in their diversity and build confidence in corporate Australia.

Experience

From working in full-time internal roles with IBM and KPMG to being an independent consultant, Rhiana has had the opportunity to work across different industries including, health, aged care, education, government, telecommunications, IT, consulting, banking, superannuation, retail, and mining.

From end-to-end learning project management to managing budgets, program design to facilitation, and business partnering to vendor management, Rhiana has built a solid understanding of the learning and leadership development space.
