Rachael has more than 20 years’ experience in HR, change management and management consulting in both consulting and executive level HR roles in Australia and the UK.

Rachael works with Board directors, C-Level, senior executives, emerging leaders, and project teams with expertise in supporting others to navigate challenging issues and complex environments. Her considered and calm approach, and ability to balance empathy with pragmatism, enables her to quickly build trust and productive relationships.

Experience

Rachael adds significant value to her coaching relationships by drawing on her previous experience from in-house executive and leadership roles. Having led people & culture functions in publicly listed and public sector organisations, she has hands on experience in holding difficult conversations and delivering growth and transformational change at an individual level.

As a previous Director in a big four management consulting firm and current non-executive Director, Rachael has broad business knowledge and a strong understanding of organisational governance to help those she is working with understand the perspectives of many different stakeholders.

Rachael has held formal mentoring roles in the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Mentoring Program and Victorian Government Women in Transport Mentoring Program.
