Nicole has worked across several different industries, with a focus on universal services, health, and education, and has brought to them a unique blend of strategic and operational experience and insight. Nicole is experienced in leading in politically sensitive and high-risk environments where she relies on her delivery capabilities and well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

Prior to moving into coaching and leadership development nearly two decades ago, Nicole worked as a physiotherapist in large public healthcare organisations in Melbourne. Early in her career she moved from clinical practice into enterprise leadership positions honing her own leadership skills in highly complex environments. This direct experience was complemented by post-graduate qualifications and other professional development.

Nicole established a consulting practice in 2004 to offer clients an opportunity to access expertise and skills for a defined purpose and a short period of time. Since its establishment, the business has matured to become a well-regarded partner in supporting leadership teams to improve their ability to meet the needs of the people they serve.

Engagements focus on strategy development and activation, governance, risk and improvement, always with a focus on supporting boards and leadership teams to improve their own practice to lift their organisation’s performance.
