Jenny is passionate about leadership development and coaching as a way of developing the ability to think and lead in complex environments.

Her approach brings together a development approach with a focus on extending technical competencies and expanding individual and organisational capacity for clear, caring, courageous, purposeful leadership.

It’s an approach that nurtures empowering, purposeful, passionate cultures – creative, soulful organisations that focus on people and purpose and where profitability is the inevitable by-product.

A strong commitment to positive change and to facilitating conversations that matter allows Jenny to build the capacity within individuals, groups and organisations to have highly effective, even transformative, conversations. To help people and organisations to get back in touch with the best of themselves and to realign with these positive memories, stories and images. Jenny has a strong belief that every human being has the leadership to offer, somewhere in our lives and using our unique strengths.

Jenny’s professional coaching and facilitation services bring a wide range of approaches to deepen dialogue within groups and organisations. Jenny draws upon Group Dialogue approaches (using World Cafe; Open Space Technology; and Appreciative Inquiry) and has the ability to create safe environments in which to explore divergent views and to gain clarity and understanding when different views seem challenging.

Experience

With over 25 years of working in the health industry in clinical, operational and health reform projects, Jenny is an experienced management consultant with previous experience working with the People and Change team, KPMG and with Du Pont Sustainable Solutions.

Jenny is passionate about her academic role teaching leadership excellence to MBA candidates at the UWA Business School.

As an 'academic - practitioner', Jenny bridges the world of evidence-based approaches through the provision of cutting edge leadership development to industry while also having the opportunity to teach emerging and experienced leaders.

Jenny is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and includes coaching in all of her engagements including:

  • Partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop emotional intelligence, psychological flexibility, agility and self- mastery both on the individual and collective level.
  • Emerging Leader Coaching – partnering with individuals to discover their own leadership story.
  • Leaders as Coach - Developing a coaching culture in teams and organisations through the introduction of organisational coaching programs and mentoring; and

Career Coaching for individuals to identify ‘future selves’, explore possibilities and using the action-oriented ‘Design Your Life’ process.
