Experience

Jackie brings over 25 years of experience with Export Development Canada; a financial-services Crown Corporation that marries both a public-sector mandate and private-sector discipline. Over that time, she has been leading, coaching, and implementing people and process change to shift culture and enhance performance. Skilled in leading large-scale transformations, she was a senior member of EDC’s groundbreaking lean transformation, focused on building programs to advance and embed transformational capabilities to sustain high performance and coaching leaders and teams to be successful. She firmly believes that the greatest successes are those accomplished in teams and the critical role of leadership and culture for sustaining long-term impact.

• Leadership Development and Coaching: designed and delivered executive-style coaching and “Coach-the-Coach” leadership development programs applying behavioural coaching and feedback models to enhance team culture and performance.
• Organizational and Cultural Change: implemented programs and practices to diagnose and break down cultural impediments and accelerate the embodiment of specific mindsets and behaviours to enhance key attributes of high-performance teams.
• Capabilities Building: embedded cultural enablers into core HR programs including a field and forum training approach to strengthen leadership capabilities and deepen skillsets in personal transformation, culture, and mindsets and behaviours.
