In addition to professional experience, Ian stays abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health, fitness, and wellbeing. He continuously invests in learning to deepen his own knowledge of self-improvement and wellbeing.

Experience

Ian is a successful entrepreneur, owner of multiple businesses with over 25 years of experience in executive and senior leadership positions. He has successfully led numerous business transformations delivering multi-million dollar improvements for companies and successfully coached a diverse range of clients including executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals from various industries.

He previously held senior leadership positions for DHL across Europe and Asia Pacific leading large teams of thousands delivering strong results for their most demanding and high-profile customers such as Unilever and Apple.

This ultimately led to Ian running the Healthcare business for Australia & New Zealand where he executed a transformation strategy based on unearthing the talent within the teams and coaching them to success. This delivered multimillion dollar improvements whilst winning awards for culture transformation.

Ian held an MD role for another Global Logistics organisation in ANZ where he successfully executed his tried and tested "Execution of Excellence" transformation strategy once again.

Ian currently owns multiple businesses including several successful venues in the hospitality and entertainment sector whilst running a Leadership and Team Building business.
