Dugald is known for innovative approaches that deliver extraordinary results. He brings enthusiasm, energy, a fresh perspective and a warm sense of humour to his work and loves to inject inspiration to those he connects with. Dugald utilises a solution-focused approach, drawing on N.L.P. techniques, the principles of positive psychology, wholebrain thinking and emotional intelligence to create an energetic and engaging experience for clients. “We’re more productive when we enjoy what we do. Dugald coaches at all levels, from C-suite executives to Team Leaders and Frontline staff; working with high-flyers through to poor performers. He has logged hundreds of coaching hours, became an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation in 2008, and is a former member of the Victorian Chapter’s Leadership Team. Dugald currently sits on the Executive Coaching Panels of several organisations. At ANZ, two of his clients received the CEO’s top 100 performer awards.
Dugald’s coaching experience began at ANZ in 2001, where he worked for seven years, (five of them in the Cultural Transformation team known as Breakout). As a Senior Manager, Dugald’s role encompassed coaching, consulting, design & facilitation of high performance programs. Since then, Dugald has had the opportunity to work closely with CEOs, entrepreneurs, sports people, and Industry leaders. He works closely with his clients, engaging in short and long term projects, working face-to-face and also leveraging technology to enable remote connections.
Dugald is an accomplished facilitator, having delivered workshops for thousands of satisfied participants. He specialises in the design and facilitation of workshops, team days and entire programs tailored to suit the needs of the client, with a particular emphasis on leadership and peak performance. Workshops are designed to help build a culture that harnesses the best qualities within teams; a culture founded on deep trust and purposeful collaboration. Dugald’s clients are found all over Australia, and he has worked extensively in the Pacific, Asia, and Europe.

The mechanistic, industrial paradigm has been in existence since the latter part of the 18th century and continues to shape society and modern organisations. It is a long, slow journey, yet incredibly worthwhile.
