Experience

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Katherine is an expert in the field of holistic wellness and works extensively with a wide range of people of different ages and stages of life, helping her clients create lasting and positive change. Kate is also the Founder and CEO of Ease Wellness, a company that delivers health-centric education and experiences, supporting individuals, businesses, schools, and their students to achieve optimal mindset, wellness, and performance. Prior to her shift into the wellness space, Kate worked in both the corporate and agency landscape in a strategic and creative production capacity, delivering campaigns and experiences for companies such as CommBank, American Express, Telstra, Optus, Canon & Volvo.

She also led large-scale public projects and held a role as Creative Project Director of Sydney's New Year's Eve for a period of 5 years.

She draws on her first-hand employee, managerial, strategic, and practitioner experience to guide clients through their unique challenges to a place of wellness, productivity, and personal empowerment.
