Jen is a leadership development specialist, partnering with leaders who aspire to thrive in complexity, enable others and deliver the outcomes that matter. A champion of adaptability, inclusion and transparency, Jen guides leaders towards greater curiosity and presence to practice the kind of leadership that makes a difference. A deep and curious listener, Jen’s authentic presence creates a unique and safe connection that allows for honesty, exploration and the discovery of new perspectives. 25 years of learning and experience inform Jen’s coaching and facilitation work including adult and vertical development principles, narrative practice, presence-based leadership, positive psychology and neuroscience. Great leadership requires courage, adaptability, compassion and curiosity. Jen is someone you can count on to foster these qualities in open, insightful spaces designed to explore and craft a progressive path forward. A lover of nature, you will find Jen along the Merri Creek trail in Melbourne most days, hiking a mountain or soaking in the sea air on the weekend. And if you are lucky, you may also get a glimpse of Jen’s indoor plant family in the background of a Zoom call.

Experience

Jen draws on an extensive and diverse range of people-focused roles across multiple sectors. From her early career as a social worker, Jen transitioned to learning and development and then organisational leadership with a national leadership development organisation, the Reach Foundation. During this time, Jen was invited to participate in the Advanced Leadership Program with Women and Leadership Australia as well as the Global Leadership Program by Common Purpose in London. As an executive coach and leadership specialist, Jen has worked with WorkSafe Victoria and more recently with business leads and teams at ANZ, to guide and support significant organisational change and transformation projects. An advocate for coaching cultures, Jen has designed and led initiatives to uplift leadership coaching capability. Jen is currently working with KPMG as an associate facilitator and executive coach to support the building of internal senior leadership capability. Jen creates safe and reflective spaces for growth and transformation. She currently works with a portfolio of clients from diverse sectors, exploring what matters most to leaders, teams, and the organisations they serve.
