    Felicity Waterford has extensive experience in executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. With a flair for communication and a passion for working with people, Felicity engages people at all levels of business to understand their own motivation and develop their passion for growth, innovation and productivity.

    Felicity has an impressive track record in one-on-one executive coaching, group facilitation, large audience presentations as well as top teamwork across leadership, change management and communication disciplines. Felicity has worked to develop people’s skills in dealing with the tough issues in a safe environment. Combining candour and authenticity underpin Felicity’s passion for exploring supportive mindsets and allows her to cut straight to the heart of issues around motivation, conflict and communication.

    Felicity is an accomplished author having written ‘Personal Effectiveness - a Teaching and Learning Resource’, and co-authored ‘Toolkit For Trainers’ a facilitation manual written for the Australian National Training Authority. As Director of ASK Training Consultancy Pty Ltd, Felicity has worked as a project consultant and facilitator in both the public and private sectors including CBH, IAG, McKinsey and Co, Westpac, Ernst & Young, NAB, AAPT, BOC, Australian Academy of Design, NSW Health Services, TAFE NSW, the Smith Family and Railcorp.

    She brings 15 years of global experience in design and facilitation of personal mastery programs that are highly motivational and experiential. One participant noted “Felicity is an incredible presenter and facilitator. Her command of the subject and her choice of language to communicate it are both of the highest order. My observation is that Felicity has a gift for being able to pick up the thread of a message someone is verbally giving her on only the tiniest of clues. You can imagine how that must feel?     She has been teaching presentation, facilitation and business management skills for over 20 years. Felicity is highly skilled at incorporating accelerative learning techniques, quantum thinking and adult learning principles into all of her programs and handles all sessions with sensitivity and understanding.

  • As the industrial age wanes, new possibilities emerge to create a different paradigm of leadership. I propose a new paradigm that draws from many sources and builds on them in an integrative way.

    The mechanistic, industrial paradigm has been in existence since the latter part of the 18th century and continues to shape society and modern organisations. It is a long, slow journey, yet incredibly worthwhile.
