Ash has a deep experience in both large corporates as well as more than 15 years of consulting experience, most recently as the Chief Customer and People Officer of a global travel business APT Travel Group (ATG). In his previous corporate life he was in two ASX 100 companies in Ansett Air New Zealand and Carter Holt Harvey where he was Head of HR.
In between ATG and Carter Holt Harvey, Ash ran his own very successful Consulting business called leadHR, along with a stint at Human Synergistics where he had the privilege to work with clients such as Westfarmers, BHP, NAB, ANZ, Coles, Acrux Pharmaceuticals, Vline, Metro Trains, Levis, Porter Davis Homes, SA Water and hundreds of other SME's. He particularly specialises in Strategy Development and connecting to all levels of the organisation the necessary development initiatives to ensure high performance of these strategies into action, along with the broader Leadership and Culture Development Programs we offer here at TLS.
With his extensive 30 years of experience along with studies and accreditations across a wide range of areas, he comes well equipped to help our clients go to the next level of their development and performance. Ash has a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Positive Psychology, Lifetime Accredited Human Synergistics practitioner across their full suite of diagnostics and a range of other key development tools. Like Phil, has a thirst for stretching himself and continually learning which we look forward to bringing to our clients.

The mechanistic, industrial paradigm has been in existence since the latter part of the 18th century and continues to shape society and modern organisations. It is a long, slow journey, yet incredibly worthwhile.
