Sacha's diverse career spans 25 years working as a former business leader, experienced consultant, coach and facilitator across ASX-listed corporations, top tier global consulting firms and he was also a two-time founder of two private ventures. Sacha has worked with diverse audiences from senior executives to new graduates and is at his best when inspiring individuals, teams and organisations to grow.

Sacha embodies the fundamental leadership mindsets and behaviours which foster great performance, those being: curiosity, vulnerability, well-being and empathy. For Sacha, his impact is centred around sharing his personal journey with humility, to forge authentic and meaningful connections which drive change. He loves to solve problems, often through a human lens asking the questions which people need to answer for themselves at the right time and in the right context. His leadership philosophy integrates “developing ourselves, inspiring others and delivering outcomes”.

Sacha has particular interests in high performance teams and in shaping the future of work, and he brings deep experience in working with organisations to shape their talent strategy and development, within the context of the ‘post-pandemic’ era.
